Withdrawal period
If you buy as a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the products (or the last parcel, if the order arrives in several deliveries), without giving a reason.
How to withdraw

Products excluded
By law, withdrawal does not apply to: - products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as fresh or chilled food; - sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, such as food and drinks whose packaging has been opened.
Returning the products
Send the products back intact, in their original packaging and unopened, within 14 days of telling us, to the address above. The cost of returning them is yours.
Refund
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice, using the payment method of the order. We may wait until we receive the products, or proof that you have sent them, before refunding. If you chose a delivery more expensive than the standard one, the difference is not refunded.
