Who sells

Orders and the contract
You choose the products, the delivery method and the payment method. Before confirming you see a summary with prices, shipping costs and total. The contract is made when you place the order with the button «Order with obligation to pay». We send you a confirmation email with the summary: for a bank transfer straight away, for card or PayPal as soon as the payment goes through. You can order without an account. If you create one, you sign in with a code we email you: keep your mailbox safe and tell us if you think someone else can access it. If, after the order, a product turns out to be unavailable, we let you know and refund that part, at no cost.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs depend on the country, the order's weight and the delivery method: they are on the shipping costs page and, worked out for your order, in the summary before you pay. Product photos are for illustration; prices and availability may change, but the price shown when you order always applies.
Payment
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna (through Stripe), with PayPal, or by bank transfer, depending on the methods shown in the summary. Card details are handled directly by the payment provider and never pass through us. With a bank transfer we prepare the order once we receive the payment. If the payment fails, the order is cancelled. The products remain ours until we receive full payment.
Discount codes
Discount codes apply under the conditions stated with the code (expiry, minimum spend, products covered). Unless stated otherwise, one code per order, they cannot be combined and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver in the shop's country, to the address you give or, where available, to the Poste point you choose for collection. Delivery times are in working days and are estimates. Parcels from the same order may arrive on different days. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you receive the products. If an order does not arrive, contact us: we trace it with the courier and, if it is lost, send the products again or refund you. On delivery, check the parcel and, if it is damaged, accept it with reservation or tell us at once, with a photo if you can. If the parcel comes back because the address was wrong or it was not collected in time, we contact you: we can send it again, with the new shipping cost at your expense, or refund the price of the products.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. How to do it, which products are excluded and how the refund works is on the page about the right of withdrawal.
Legal guarantee of conformity
If you buy as a consumer, we are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within 2 years of delivery. For food products the expiry date on the pack also counts: if you receive an expired or damaged product, write to us within a few days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
Sale of alcohol
We sell alcoholic drinks only to adults. To order them you must declare you are at least 18; the courier may ask for ID on delivery. If your age is not confirmed, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Complaints and support
For any problem, write to vendite@uelatino.com or call +39 351 942 8261: we reply as soon as we can. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, PayPal or Stripe: we can often find a solution sooner. If we cannot agree, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body for consumers, or to the courts.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Italian law, without taking away the protection the law of the country you live in gives you. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms: each order is governed by the version published when you place it. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
