What does UELatino sell?
Food and drink from Latin America — Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico and more —: over 500 products of original brands, for Latin Americans in Europe and for anyone who wants to discover their cooking.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Austria, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the country and the delivery option you choose: you see the exact cost on the payment page, before confirming the order. Every delivery price is on the delivery costs page. Product prices include VAT.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Each delivery option shows its time in working days on the payment page. If you pay by bank transfer, we prepare the order once we receive the payment.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna, with PayPal or by bank transfer. Card payments go through Stripe: your card details never reach us.
Can I track my order?
Yes: once it leaves, you follow it from your account, under “My orders”. Sometimes the parcels of one order arrive on different days.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Fresh or perishable food and sealed items that have been opened are excluded. Every step is on the right of withdrawal page.
The product has another name in my country: will I find it?
Yes: the search knows each country's names. You find dulce de leche as manjar blanco, arequipe or cajeta too; palta as aguacate or avocado; maní as cacahuete; panela as chancaca, piloncillo or papelón; frijoles as porotos or caraotas; yuca as mandioca.
Are the products original?
Yes: we sell original brands from Latin America.
